TOP DOG REFERRAL PROGRAM

Top Dog's Referral Program was established to reward our loyal candidates and clients, who have helped us to become successful over the years.  Put a little extra cash in your pocket and take advantage of our referral program.

Here's how it works:

Top Dog will pay a $1000 referral for any candidates submitted who meets the following requirements. 

• ALL OF THESE REQUIREMENTS MUST BE MET IN ORDER TO RECEIVE A REFERRAL.

• Candidates can only be submitted to “Referral Eligible” positions. These positions include jobs posted on the Top Dog Hot Jobs page, as well as any jobs that were emailed to you by a Top Dog Recruiter, through our system, their work email, or LinkedIn that say “Referral Eligible” on them.

• Candidates’ resumes must be submitted by Word or RTF document (HTML and text formats will NOT be accepted) attachments via email, directly to the Top Dog Recruiter who sent you the “Referral Eligible” position, or to info@topdog-inc.com.  

• The Subject line of the Email MUST say the following: “REFERRAL –“ and then list the job reference #, and then the candidate’s full name.

Ex: Subject: REFERRAL – Ref#5522, Sally Jones

• Candidates’ resumes must be submitted with the following information on the top of their resume: (HTML and text formats will not be accepted)
• Candidate’s Name
• Candidate’s Mailing Address
• Candidate’s Phone number (Day time preferable)
• Candidate’s Email

• YOU must include the following information in the resume HEADER

• YOUR Name
• YOUR email
• YOUR phone number
• YOUR mailing address (in case we need to mail you a check!)

• Unless you indicate that this is a confidential referral, Top Dog will assume that you have spoken directly with the candidate about this position and we will use your name as a reference point when contacting the candidate.

• If the candidate is already in our system through previous referral, or their own submission you will be notified that this candidate has already been submitted to us and he/she will not be considered your candidate referral.

• Any candidate you submit to Top Dog, who is not already in our system, will be honored as “your candidate referral” for a period of 6 months from the date of submission. If that candidate his hired by any of our clients during that period and remains employed for a minimum of 90 days and in good standing with our client, you will receive a referral fee.

• Top Dog will screen all candidates to ensure that they are qualified for the role as well as interested, and any information you have presented us with is accurate.

• If the Candidate is qualified for the role, the interview process will begin with the client. 

• REFERRAL FEES WILL ONLY BE PAID OUT IF THE CANDIDATE IS HIRED BY OUR CLIENT AND REMAINS EMPLOYED AND IN GOOD STANDING WITH OUR CLIENT FOR A MINIMUM OF 120 DAYS.

• Referral checks will be cut on the 121^st day of employment of the candidate and mailed to you.  (You will be responsible for any taxes)
